RETURN + EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want your Ava Claire Fine Jewelry experience to be flawless. Please familiarize yourself with our Return and Exchange Policy.
RETURN WINDOW
You have a 7 days from the delivery date to decide if your purchase is perfect for you. We offer two options: a refund to your original payment method or an easy exchange for the same item in a different size or color. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges beyond this window.
INITIATING A RETURN
Once you initiate a return and create the label, please ensure your package is scanned within seven (7) days. For your peace of mind, we require items to be returned using our preferred shipping service, ensuring they are insured and protected.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Upon receiving your return, our dedicated team will inspect the item within ten (10) business days. To qualify, your item must have all tags attached, be unaltered, and in brand new, unworn, salable condition. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirming your refund or the commencement of the exchange process.
EXCLUSIONS
Certain items, such as personalized pieces, non-jewelry accessories, permanently marked-down sale items, and select made-to-order pieces, are final sale with no exceptions. Custom orders and pre-orders are also considered final sale. Items marked as such will be clearly indicated.
EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR
In-stock items will be held until we receive and approve your exchange. Please be aware that lead times for made-to-order pieces will commence once we process your exchange.
ELIGIBILITY/GUIDELINES
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be sent from within the United States, with all tags attached, unaltered, and in brand new, unworn, salable condition.
SHIPPING
Our insured FedEx shipping label must be used, and the item must be sent back within 7 days of initiating your exchange. Using an alternate shipping service voids our liability, and we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
APPROVAL
For your return to be approved, adhere to our conditions outlined below. We reserve the right not to accept an item if these conditions are not met, and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
GIFT EXCHANGES
For gift exchanges, the refund amount will be issued onto a gift card, exclusively for use on our site. Please note that promo codes are non-transferable.
RETURN PROCESS STEPS
Follow the simple steps below:
- Access our self-service portal and input your order details.
- Confirm whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
- Receive an email with a link to print your FedEx label.
- Ensure your return is scanned at a FedEx location within 7 days.
- Our team will inspect your return within 10 business days, and if approved, process your refund, send out your new product, or initiate production.
